Summary: This property was exactly as shown and stated. We really enjoyed the large yard, and it was so fun to have the river right in the backyard. The house was immaculate. Thank you for a great stay.

Summary: We've stayed at this property multiple times as we travel to this area a few times a year. There is a reason we keep coming back! The property is nice, clean, and in a perfect location. We love having the Mohican River right in the back yard.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The river is peaceful and the yard is big enough for the dog to run around in unleashed (though there are no fence barriers). The house is small but very clean and with nice furniture and new fixtures. Great laundry room with extra shower. We stayed in winter and the heat was excellent with separate controllers for main room and bedrooms (ditto a/c though we didn’t use it). There’s not a huge amount of closet space but for two of us it was fine. It’s very close to great trails in Mohican State Park and to Loudonville and services, but felt more remote. Communications with the host were excellent, Drew was very responsive and great to talk to on the phone. I recommend this cottage!

Summary: Property interior was clean and the location on the river and near the state park were perfect. Had a relaxing weekend of hiking and sitting by the fire. High likelihood we'll stay there again.

Summary: The house was just beautiful and very clean. The view of river was great and we enjoyed the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to cook. We would definitely consider another stay. Fall was beautiful, but it would also be really fun in the summer.
